Dry Rub Roast.

Ok so this was my first time ever making ROAST... I do not love the traditional use a can of cream of __________ soup, I dont love those so much, i will eat them but never wanted to cook it.   So i GOOGLED easy crock pot roast recipes... I found this one.. (sorry i should have taken more pictures).

I am calling it Dry Rub Roast..

Get you a good looking roast like this one above. Since i was only cooking for hubby and I i got a 3.5lb Roast.

 You will need:
Crock Pot
3-5lb Roast
1 packet of brown gravy mix
1 packet of Ranch Dressing Mix
1 Packet of Italian Dressing Mix
worcestershire sauce sacue
water
Carrots, potatoes, & any other veggies you wanna throw in!

Mix all brown gravy, ranch, italian dressing packets together ( i threw in some Paula Deen House seasoning)
I patted down my Roast dry on a pan.  dripped a little worcestershire sauce on in  then rubbed my seasonings on it. Rub all sides!!  Do not use all of it!!  You need some for the water in the crockpot.

Brown all sides  in a little oil just get get some of the seasonings in and make sure it is all brown!!

Then pour water.. whatever looks good is what i did... your left over seasoning mix ( do not put all again) into your water before putting the roast in and stir then put your roast in and let it cook for about 4 hours. Then i cut up my potatoes and carrots and boiled them in water to get them tender so it would cook faster. The  mix your remaining seasoning in with the veggies and put it all in your crockpot...

The TA DA.... an Awesome rost for supper!!

It tasted awesome and i was so proud ofg myself!!

Oven Baked Lemon Pepper Pork Chops

You can use Boneless or Bone in Pork Chops Your choice, I just found these on sale!!
I always use a meat beater on my meats i cook in the oven so the spices can get in them. So that was my first step.

I also like to use foil to cook on a pan somethimes, such an easy clean up (although not in this case cause i have generiv foil that apparently manages to stick to the pan) Grease foil just a tad so the Pork Chops wont stick.

Sprinkle Lemon Pepper, Salt, Pepper, any Cajun Spice on each side of the pork chop and rub in with hand.

Cook at 400 Degrees for about 45 minutes, then broil for 5-10 minutes. Then they are ready!!

Before:

(i think the spices just look soooo GOOD)

I always use 5 large baked potatoes for just me and my husband. (so i can have a little extra for lunch the next)

Peel Potatoes & cut into chucks
Put water in a large pot--Bring to boil
Put peeed potatoes in boiling water.
Watch potatoes and check them to see when they are tender.

Drain water off of potatoes, Pour back into pot or bowl.
Use Potato masher to mash up potatoes.
Pour Milk and spoons of butter to your taste. (i usually put 2 tablespoons of butter and i just pour milk until they look good)  Stir until they are as fluffy as you want them!! Serve Hot!!

Salt & Pepper to taste

My Favorite Green Beans

1 Can on Green Beans
1 chicken bullion cube
